What is in an Escalake price adjustment report?

Baseline and current composite values, the adjustment factor, every weighted component with the index change behind it, the formula and data versions, the confirmation dates for both parties, and a tamper-evident hash on log exports. It is designed to be read by finance, legal, or an auditor with no account.

What formats can I export?

The adjustment report is available as PDF and Excel. Component values and the full audit log export as CSV, and the log export carries a SHA-256 hash so a later copy can be checked against the original.

Does the audit log include the counterparty's actions?

Yes. Formula edits, version locks, data refreshes, confirmations, declines, and comments are all recorded. The counterparty appears as its own actor, so the history shows who did what across both companies on one timeline.

How does the tamper-evident hash work?

When you export the audit log, Escalake computes a SHA-256 hash of its contents. Anyone holding the file can recompute the hash and compare it. A changed row produces a different hash, so silent edits to a saved copy are detectable.

The record must outlive the software.
